The public record moves by build tags, not by a roadmap. There is no promised date for a comfortable version.
What changed in twelve days
On 26 Oct 2026 TweakTown described a tethered Switch 2 jailbreak that needs a PC and dies on reboot. That report talks about homebrew and file access. It does not show a complete game dump being played.
Three days later Eden-NX2 published nx2-2026-10-29, the first public Windows build I can point at. On 4 Nov Eglantine tagged build 212 and Lichii tagged build 70. On 6 Nov Lichii published build 88 and build 93 on the same calendar day, so 'latest' has to name the tag, not the week.
I will not draw a trend line from a single Eden-NX2 release. Lichii's jump from 88 to 93 in one day is a pace, not a promise that next week looks the same.
Why a finished build is not on a calendar
Wikipedia's hardware summary describes a custom NVIDIA T239, eight Cortex-A78C cores, 12 GB of memory, and a new storage setup. Those are reasons the first desktop builds are rough. They are not a forecast.
Legal pressure is a separate fact. Nintendo's 17 Aug 2026 GitHub notice lists 311 repositories. Android Authority's headline used '400+'. I keep both numbers. Eden's main project left GitHub for its own forge after an earlier takedown, which is why Eden-NX2 lives on git.eden-emu.dev.

No project published a date. Anyone naming 2027 is guessing. This page only stores tags that already exist.
Does the jailbreak mean games are dumped?
The 26 Oct report says the tethered method can reach files and homebrew, and that a reboot clears it. It does not document a verified full game dump.
