Switch 2 emulator for PC
Windows is the only OS where all three public lines offer a zip. Handheld Windows PCs, including the ROG Xbox Ally X, belong on this page.
What you run after unzip
Eden-NX2 starts as eden.exe. The release says to use File, then Load File, and pick exefs/main, or to call eden-cli.exe with -g. That is the Windows package from 29 Oct 2026.
Eglantine's MinGW PGO zip carries its own DLLs, so that particular archive does not ask for the Visual C++ runtime. The MSVC zip is the other Windows choice. Lichii build 93 distributes Windows MSVC archives; its build 70 notes put DLSS only in the MSVC build.
A crash that says it failed to allocate 14336 MiB of backing memory is the build 70 note about Windows commit charge. The suggested change there is a system-managed page file. I am repeating that note, not tuning your machine.
Controllers
Lichii build 70 says controller input arrives through HID command 300. Eden's controller document describes profiles and a Steam Deck gamepad path. I do not have a Switch 2 Pro Controller pairing guide from either project, so I am not writing those steps.

FAQ
Which Windows build should I open first?
If you only have Windows, Eden-NX2, Eglantine, and Lichii all publish a zip. Pick the project page that matches the game you care about.
Does the Ally X count as Android?
No. The ROG Xbox Ally X is a Windows handheld, so the notes on this page are the ones that apply.
