Switch 2 emulator on Steam Deck
You can try the Linux archives. I do not have a verified frame-rate report from a Steam Deck running a Switch 2 game.
Which file is even a candidate
Eglantine and Lichii publish an AppImage that wants glibc 2.39 or newer, and a tar.gz that expects Qt 6 on the system. I have not confirmed SteamOS's glibc, so I will not say the AppImage launches on the Deck.
Eden publishes a Steam Deck AppImage on the Switch 1 line, v0.2.1. That file is not Eden-NX2. Installing it does not add the 29 Oct Switch 2 build.
Eden's controller notes mention a virtual gamepad path for external pads on the Deck. That document is about Eden, and I am borrowing it only as a hint about pad recognition.
What I will not claim
Search interest in 'Steam Deck' is not a benchmark. Until a named build, a named game, and a named frame rate show up in a public note, this page stays at 'possible to try, no performance record'.

FAQ
Does EmuDeck install a Switch 2 emulator?
I did not find a Switch 2 release that says EmuDeck ships it. Use the project's own Linux archive if you experiment.
Will games hold 60 frames on the Deck?
No public note I read shows that. The cell stays empty.
