DMCA and takedown requests
This site does not host emulator binaries or games. If a link to a third-party release is the problem, the notice still needs the URL.
What a notice needs
Write to [email protected]. A complete notice includes a signature, the work you own, the URL on this site, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act. Those elements follow the DMCA text published by the U.S. Copyright Office.
If the notice is complete, the link comes down and the date is recorded on the download page rather than replaced with a mirror. A counter-notice, if you send one, needs the statutory elements as well. Repeat notices about the same material will be handled against the same URL.
Context, not a confession: Nintendo's 17 Aug 2026 GitHub notice covered 311 repositories in the notice text, and Yuzu's 2024 settlement closed that project. This page is how a rights holder reaches this site. It is not a registration of a designated agent with the Copyright Office unless that filing is completed separately.
